« Très mauvais accueil La réception me dit que ma carte de crédit ne fonctionne pas et je ne sais pas ce qu’elle fait avec ma carte derrière le bureau et refuse de me rendre ma carte et appelle le manager qui arrive sans me calculer et dit que c’est ok ! Tout ça sans que la réception fasse un effort pour parler lentement car il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans le hall et l’accent américain du sud m’est difficile Sinon très propre et confortable mais manque de cachet »
