"All was great, while it is an older buoy it’s well maintained. The bed was comfy. The restroom and shower are small but all worked well. My favorite part was the bottled water and machines in hotel makes it so convenient"

"The staff at this property are very helpful and friendly. It is in a good neighborhood within walking distance of Grant Park and the museum campus (Adler Planetarium/Shedd Aquarium/Field Museum). The room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with basics for being able to prepare food. The L is very close, great for getting around the city, not so great if you are sensitive to noise as the trains run at all hours. Lobby area VERY HEAVILY perfumed with some sort of "air freshener" it's awful if you have allergies or sensitivities. Luckily the rooms are not cleaned/sprayed/deodorized with whatever chemical it is they use in the lobby. Breakfast was your standard hotel fare - buffet of eggs, sausage, misc. breads, misc. cereals, oatmeal, fruit. Was kept well-stocked throughout the open hours, and dining area clean. Again, staff very accommodating."

"Hotel was kept an excellent condition. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Located in a great area with lots of restaurant choices. The lounge area had iced water 24/7. Coffee and tea were available during the morning and the day. Only water was available at night. There was an ice maker and single vending machine which only offered a few drinks. I wouldn't advise bringing snacks if you have late night munchies. The room did have the small coffee maker with tea packets. Not really a fan of those though."
