While the staff was great and curtious. The day after i arrived, an emergency came up at home and i had to leave. Expedia contacted the owners and were told no refund would be given. I knew that could be a chance, but still felt they just didnt really care as much as their staff seemed to care when i left.

This room was filthy, if it was cleaned prior to our arrival then a vacuum certainly was never involved. The walls were dirty, the sheets were dirty , the shower was absolutely disgusting and there were cockroaches inside of it. We went to the front desk to ask to change rooms explaining the situation and we were told there were no rooms, that the sheets were just stained, and they were aware of the bug situation and they’d been having a problem with them. Overall it was a terrible experience, and not at all worth the money we spent. Safe to say we will never do that again.

It was nothing like the photos. There was black mold on the ceiling, the walls were stained and had crayon scribbled all over they. The lamp shades had been scribbled on, there was one working light bulb, a black stained bath tub and a cockroach in the bathroom. The room also smelled like urine. So gross. Waiting on getting my money back!!

This property was bug infested, I thought maybe it would be isolated to a room so asked for a different one and that one was worse not only bug infested but blood splatter on the walls dry boogers etc. The property had drug users and people in the sales of adult action staying there and very open about it.

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The check in person was standing in the parking lot smoking. There’s literally razor blades scattered in the parking. Every stitch of carpet is dirty, hair covered, stained. The walls are stained. The sheets are stained and blanket has holes in it. The bathroom is covered in mold. Would not refund, disgusting.

This hotel is awful. Horrible customer service. There were no towels in the room to shower with. The bed linens were stained. There were huge nasty stains on the bed itself. The air conditioning was weak and took forever to cool the room. The rooms are supposed to be non smoking but ours was not marked as non smoking, we had no smoke detector, and it smelled strongly of smoking. I asked for a new room and they said no. The clerk told me the signs said no smoking and I told him that's not true. He told me to agree to disagree. So I started taking pictures to prove my point and they questioned me about why I was taking pictures. So I told the manager that I was proving her employee wrong. Only then did the manager say they could treat the smell in my room. Granted this was after confrontation hours later. I then asked for new bed linens because my son puked on the bed. She said housekeeping was gone for the day and to not put the linens in the hall. The nerve. They at least have me new linens. But I had to make my own bed.

The night and morning staff were very friendly as were the people cleaning in the hallways. The appliances worked, shower was hot, and bed was reasonably comfortable. However, the paint was peeling in my room, there are several dark sticky spots on the carpet, numerous stains, the hvac front panel was off and on the floor. I think the bedsheets were clean but they were wrinkled as was the skirt. Tiles were very stained, peeling, and the shower curtain had mold on it. The breakfast offered waffles but there were no knives. There was cereal available but no bowls, spoons, or milk. Price very overcharged

This place should be condeemn. You have mold in the bathroom, the sink and shower/ tub is peeling from a poor refacing. The smoke alarm in disconnected. The bed is completely trash mattress sinks in the middle. Horrible conditions place reap with Marijuana and smoke.

Once I saw my room I had to walk back out and cancel my reservation . This place is so worn down and Unsanitary . I flipped back the comforter and the sheets were dirty There was not a trash can in the bathroom nor the room. There was poor patch jobs all over the room where the drywall has been broken and tried to be Fixed. King size bed with only 2 small pillows. Just so gross I really cannot stay here.
