Paying $11.95 a day for parking to park in an open general parking lot is ridiculous. The hotel was in good condition and the breakfast was great."

"Clean rooms and common areas. Excellent breakfast. Has the potential to be a five-star, but the key cards/doors do not work well. Also, one of the reasons I booked was for the pool. The pool is under renovation (as of May 6/2024). They should have let people know before they booked. Overall, I would stay again."

"This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. The temperature was regulated so not cold, but not super hot. "

"Loved the ease of the shuttle transport for rental car drop-off back to hotel. The front desk staff was professional and courteous. The staff in the restaurant/ bar was superb! Overall very professional and friendly crew of employees all around. It is a testamount, I hope, to the professionalism that is shown from the top to the bottom. Great experience.
