"Great room and staff. Hotel guests & area sketchy"
The size of the room, price, and staff were great. They only downside is a lot of the guests and location. I would probably stay here again for the money, just be aware of the surroundings you are paying for.

"Good Hotel, warm pool, Kitchenette was good."
Our experience was good. Hotel is average, clean, King bed, Kitchenette has 2 burners , with all kitchen utensils included. Just enough to cook your own meals. The housekeeping ladies, were good, cleaned our room everyday. The pool was clean and warm. Front desk were good with providing info for us on local activities.

"Nice hotel, junior suite is well worth the upgrade"
Overall nice spot, stayed here twice. Checkin process was a little clunky both times. Requested a wake up call because I had a flight to catch in the morning but they never called. Pretty disappointed in that - could have been costly.

"Nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff"
Good room conditions, feels very new, friendly staff and good breakfast. Late check in was totally fine and smooth. Location is close to PHX airport (15 mins away) which makes it a great place to stay before the flight out. My only issue was from our room it was easy to hear any noise outside. This was mostly fine since it's a quiet area, but in the middle of the night (during our one night stay) some people started having an argument outside in the outside lounge area downstairs, and we could hear it clear as day while we were trying to sleep (window closed). Funnily enough, Hyatt provided earplugs -- I guess this is a known issue to them! Earplugs helped and I was able to sleep again.
