"Not good if you need to work"
Overall beautiful resort but the internet was a failure. After 45 mins with help desk they never could get my wifi service functioning. I was in town for work and it limited my ability to catch up. For the cost of the resort fee to have that never work, it was a disappointment.

"This hotel has a lot of character. Fun"
The bathroom is a little cramped but it's an interesting, not run of the mill, place. Colorful, a little loud (there was a party in the courtyard which was fun to observe but kept me out of it til they were done!). Pool and hot tub area is qute nice. Rooftop bar, charming. The restaurant in the hotel is VERY good and the people were great. If you are looking for something bland, this is not it. I like peace and quiet, but I had a great stay. Just tell them you want a quiet room. I love the color, the bird lights, all so funky and interesting. Shower was great, but a little bit on the small side for a bathroom. Only mention the downsides in case anyone else would be turned off. I was happy enough with it though. Way better than the huge, homogenous giant Sheratons and Westins. The pool in the evening was fantastic. Open to the sky.Made my first trip to Phoenix memorable.

Facilities are somewhat dated. You can hear noise outside the rooms and the rooms are dark. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is mediocre.

"Cheap, clean and safe"
It's inexpensive, clean and a good place to stay if you're just sleeping there. It's not terribly comfortable for lounging. The grounds are nice and a very basic breakfast (think coffee and cereal) is included.

"Love the spa, swimming pool, and the gym."
Easy check-in, nice rooms, and beds, enjoyed the hot spa the most. Only thing that I disliked was the towels they provided which were very hard. Overall, I had a good time over there, thank you.

"Close to Scottsdale"
This hotel is close to West World and convenient to Scottsdale, Care Free and Flagstaff. Restaurants close by with good parking. We stayed a week and the in house breakfast was good and well stocked. Our room was clean and refreshed each day, quiet and very comfortable, good pillows. Thanks, we have stayed before and will stay with this hotel again.
