"The property is beautiful. Housekeeping comes daily to clean and give you clean towels. They do have a restaurant and bar on the property, There’s a bar by the pool as well. The staff are nice and helpful. There is a shuttle that takes you anywhere in a 2 mile radius. Shockingly there are a lot of places in that 2 mile radius. I seen small bugs on the counter in the bathroom. That was my only concern. Everything else was great. I took my son for his 15th birthday, next time i go it will be with my S.O. It’s a beautiful hotel, it looks just like the photos."

"The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced."

"While the resort itself is awesome with good and friendly staff, the state of the shower in our room was the worst I've ever seen. Mold in every single corner that could have at least been partially removed with a wipe. I was certain I would have been able to remove some of it with a swipe of a towel (which, I did not, because that's gross). For nearly $400 a night, this is unacceptable. It was also very difficult to locate areas where we could fill our water bottles, which is a necessity in the heat. I know people are coming mainly for the resort itself, but the quality of the stay could be significantly improved. "
