"Room was great, aside from construction happening right outside our balcony that started around 630am. Be sure to ask about that prior to check in, I wish I was notified prior- but it was great otherwise. Pool/water park area was awesome, lots of fun and great to have food/ drinks available from the bar there. "

"This place is better than a 5 star resort. The rooms are so beautiful and well executed with amazing decor. They smell sooo good. Also the pool and jacuzzi were really nice too. The staff was great. Fastest checkin Ive ever done and I travel a lot. Definitely coming here when in Tucson. "

"The room had several broken items, desk had a leg missing, chair broken, bathroom wall had panels missing, air conditioning unit on the wall was broken. This room should have never been rented. The front desk staff on arrival could have cared less about their job."
