Was a great stay, very budget friendly even on the weekends. Clean large room, tile instead of carpet which is always great. Coffe downstairs .. The only thing I didn’t like is the pillows, squishy pancakes, si bring your own

The staff was helpful. The hotel was horrible the third floor where state smell like urine our room smell like urine we couldn’t open the patio door to try to get the smell out. The popcorn on the roof was falling on the bed every time somebody would walk on the upper floor there is roaches. The sink was leaking water. It was horrible.

When staying at this hotel only stay on the first or second floor anything above those 2 floors are nasty! They do not clean your room which is not a big deal to me I'd rather not have anyone in my room. They will give you new towels when asked for. Put your trash outside your door They will empty it. Beds are clean and that's what matters to me.

I mainly care about the bathroom and bed. They were both clean which I’m happy for. If I had to say anything there was a lot of candy trash under the cushion of a chair. And yall need to get someone picking up the trash in your parking lot. A straight diaper 30 feet from your front door. Just do better.

For a budget motel, Studio 6 in Lake Havasu City exceeded my expectations. While there were a few minor cosmetic imperfections here and there, nothing was significant enough to affect our stay. The room was very clean when we arrived, the property was well maintained, and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. The staff was especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. My only real complaint was that the room didn’t have blackout curtains, so it became very bright early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, that may be something to keep in mind. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a clean, affordable place to stay. The location is convenient, the staff provides great customer service, and I would definitely recommend Studio 6 to anyone looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Lake Havasu City.

The hotel is cheap and worth it if that’s what you’re going for! It is not the cleanest motel , lights were out in bathroom, vending machines all broken, jacuzzi boarded up. There is a nice pool and my room had a nice view of the lake! But if you don’t plan on hanging out at the motel and just need cheap place to sleep this is it with A/C! The staff was friendly, I would stay again!

The absolute worst hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. Hallways smell like urine and the carpet is disgusting. The first room we were given had stained carpet, spider webs and bugs in the corners. Missing fire detector, the walls had random areas that had old food stuck to them, and trash left from the last customer. We complained to the front desk and the staff was super helpful. They moved us to a renovated room which was better, but definitely did not look like the pictures from hotels.com. The property was not maintained, over grown weeds and trash everywhere. The property resembles a motel 6 that had been condemned and reopened. Do yourself a favor a book somewhere else.

The pillows could use some updating. The bedding seemed very clean though. The room was decent size for what I needed it for, which was to sleep and keep my stuff in one space. The bathroom shower was a bit rough and peeling away at the surface, but I just needed a shower. More things happened that were bothersome, but they said they were short staffed on the cleaning, and right now, I don’t have the energy or feel the need to complain. If the hotel wants to know the deal, I can tell them personally and send and email if they really want to know.

Everything was dated the carpets were old, the rooms were ok. Clean sheets and towels. No maid service while staying multiple days. The vending machines worked sometimes. They had coffee downstairs but ran out most every morning. A good place to stay on a budget and the staff was friendly.
