Der Strand liegt ca. 1,5 km vom Objekt entfernt und ist gut zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder E-Scooter zu erreichen. Es gibt aber auch einen Parkplatz mit überschaubaren Gebühren (1,50 EUR/Stunde, Kleingeld mitnehmen). Der Strand ist sehr sauber, nicht überfüllt, und es gibt eine Snack-Station. "We were greeted by our very friendly and forthcoming hostess. The object is a bit small, but clean and with enough space for six if you don’t mind sleeping tight underneath the roof upstairs. The beach is only a ten-minute-walk away. You can reach Venice and the islands easily by taking the Vaporetto from one of the ports close by"

"An earlier review said "need a rental car". We decided to chance it without - no regrets. Guest house is less than 5min walk from water bus and autobus terminals with great connections to Venice itself and the beach. "

"Hotel is definitely great, far beyond modest 2** stated. Room was spacious enough and comfortable, with all amenities, the same concerns bathroom. The staff , particularly manager Anna, is extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating and really caring, cleaning and breakfast is also at the level. The location is very convenient, 3 minutes to bus stop, 6 minutes to public beach. The travel to mainland Venice (San Marco) is ca. 1 h, so if it is not your first stay in Venice, it is just great option...

"This apartment was brilliant, it had everything we needed for a lovely week on the beach. It was very clean and had air conditioning, a sea view from the balcony, private parking. It's right next to the beach and there are shops just a short walk away. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained. There are two sun loungers and a parasol on the beach which come with the apartment. Luigi was very welcoming and helpful. It's only a short drive to Punta Sabbioni where you can get the boat...
