"We loved the seclusion and privacy of this property. The house is well maintained and updated. Beautiful beach with good snorkeling. Appreciated the water cooler and high-end appliances. Enjoyed dinners at Hidden Treasures and Greenwood Resort. Everyone on the island was kind and helpful. We rented a car through Alvernia and it was a positive experience. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have the air conditioning. Raj was always responsive and helpful with all our questions and concerns. We enjoyed the use of the kayak and found a nearby cave that was fun to explore. Saw lots of turtles, rays, and beautiful fish while snorkeling. We hope to return!"

"We spent 7 days at the Kiki house and absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for me and my husband and our two teenage daughters. Plenty of space, and I really appreciated having a washer/dryer, so that we didn’t have to pack as much clothing. We spent time on back deck/patio every day… gorgeous view of the water! The location was fantastic. We love to snorkel and the fact that we had a pristine beach with incredible reefs only steps from our back door was amazing!! Things we saw in the water off our beach: nurse sharks, spotted eagle rays, a sea turtle, and hundreds upon hundreds of different types of fish. It was an incredible experience. ❤️"

"What a wonderful place to spend the week between Christmas and New Years! Once we figured out the flight connections, everything was a breeze. Leslie is a perfect host… helpful but not intrusive. A 30 minute drive from the airport led to seclusion on a beautiful stretch of beach in a well-maintained and stocked house. I am reluctant to recommend only because it might mean that I am unable to book it in the future."

"The view from this location is stunning and the beach is beautiful. A few things I wish we would have know before we went: 1. When we got to the house their was no fresh water. Be sure you pick up a 5 gallon jug of water before you come to the home. 2. Due to high rains the roads were flooded so it took as quite a while to get to and from the grocery store. The location is remote so you don't want to have a flat tire. Be careful of the potholes. 3. A.J.'s convenience is closer than Gilberts and the lady at this store is very nice and helpful. She cautioned us on a couple locations that were flooded and to be very careful when driving. 4. The house is well equipped. 5. The owners at the Greenwood Beach Resort down the beach from the house are friendly. 6. If you want a totally remote get away this is for you."
