The small island of San Salvador, also known as Half Moon Cay, is a paradise on earth. Blue waters, white sand and peace.
We were at Half Moon Beach on one of the scales of a cruise ship. According to information passed on to us on board the island was purchased by Holland America Line and is used as one of the company's cruise calls.

« Our host Stephanie was fantastic! Our caretaker Harrison was absolutely great ! House is beautiful the views are spectacular. Definitely plan on having Harrisonn prepare a meal for your first night.. We did and requested another night. Was delicious. You can not go wrong staying at this house. Will definitely deal with Stephanie again when we go back to Cat Island !!! »

« Stephanie is a gem. She always provides an incredible environment for me to come visit. Peaceful and relaxing here. The house is a darling cottage and has everything I need. The beds are so comfortable, nice bedding and pillows! The water is beautiful and calming. Sitting on the deck anytime of day is a joy, nice shade even when’s it’s hot. The pool and the cover over it are perfect way to spend an afternoon after my long walk on a beach that I have all to myself! The water is the most beautiful...

« La maison de Leslie est parfaite, avec une décoration très soignée et beaucoup de détails très bien pensés. L’ensemble était d’une propreté irréprochable, la literie de très bonne qualité et la cuisine très bien agencée. Pour ce qui est de l’environnement, on ne peut pas rêver plus bel endroit. La très grande plage qui est juste devant la terrasse est sublime avec un sable blanc très fin et une eau magnifiquement transparente. La communication avec Leslie a été excellente. Le lieu est parfait...

« We had the most amazing stay! The house was superbly located on an elevation that allowed for 360 views from the wrap around veranda. Well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. The beach is a short walk with access to explore the many reefs by snorkeling. The host was welcoming and responsive. Loved it! »

« The house was fully equipped and clean. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t already there. The location was 2 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from 2 very well equipped grocery stores. We’ve stayed on a lot of Bahamian islands and have to say this one had the most up to date rental cars and access to groceries and amenities. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning installed one bedroom that worked very well. We did miss air conditioning in the main areas. We took our own firestick...
