The home has been remodeled with modern smart features including: smart TV's and sound systems in every room, the fastest WiFi in Eleuthera, Netflix and other apps, multiple USB high speed charging outlets in each room, solar and led lighting throughout the estate, mixture of local and Indonesian reclaimed furniture, cleaning services, mini split units for equal cooling/comfort, ocean facing windows and doors to maximize ocean breeze, modern stainless steel appliances and bathroom fixtures. The main home provides loads of natural light from all angels in every room. All rooms have multiple sky lights in the roof to watch the stars nightly from any room! Even in bed! The Main home has a large Chef style kitchen with modern amenities, wet bar, wine cooler, pool table, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Mini split incredibly efficient air conditioners in every room, ceiling fans, private entrance to each bedroom, large screen smart televisions, etc. The living room is a true marvel. Its shaped like an hexagon. Like all rooms it is ocean facing but, this room completely opens up! the panel doors slide away and gives you the ultimate inside out experience. Most days, you can just open the room up and enjoy the wonderful ocean breezes along with the natural noises from local wildlife and waves crashing. You can do all this while laying on your explansively large, comfy, cloud sofa. The pool deck is over 3,000 sq feet. It has table seating for over 30 guests! Many comfy soft lounger chairs, sun lounge chairs, and teak seating chairs. The large pool is over 6.5 ft deep and has a long sun ledge that runs the length of the pool which faces directly to the ocean for relaxing and gazing. The Jacuzzi/spa, can hold 10 people easily for a spacious relaxing experience. The deck also has a concert quality level audio system for your enjoyment. The guest house is a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. The 2 suites upstairs have unmatched stunning long views of the bay and the Atlantic. Both have private entrances, TV's, Mini splits, his and her sinks, bathrooms wrapped in Carrara Marble, Bose Bluetooth sound system, open closets, and a rain head shower with direct ocean views. The downstairs also has a full kitchen, living room with cinema quality entertainment system, gaming console, 75" TV, Bar top with seating, and a bathroom. Beaches and Swimming There are more pink sand amazing beaches on “Lutra,” than you can ever imagine. Just walking from the right to left on the beach behind the home you will find a few. Behind the house there is plenty of snorkeling and water activities for your enjoyment. Load up the kayaks and paddleboards and go on an adventure. Wildlife is everywhere all day but the best times are Daybreak or sunset for sightings of Dolphins. Half Sound-when you exit the property, take a left, at the fork in the road stay to the right, at the next fork go left, and follow the road until it ends. This area has a lazy river, teeming wildlife(turtles, dolphins, sting rays, conchs, etc. Great to walk and explore or take the kayaks or paddle boards. You can paddle to the other side and there is an artist colony made up of “sea treasures.” Feel free to make your own. This is a relatively new home that includes a 4 bedroom guest house so a great amount of space for all ages. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and all the living areas perfect for those late afternoons before dinner. Outside space is incredible with a huge deck, picnic tables, lounges, chairs, covered area, kayaks, paddle boards, water trampoline, and water toys. There is a large bar/grill area with outdoor tv as well. We rented the large Suburban which the owner had left for us at the airport and was perfect for 7 of us and all our luggage. Winding Bay is the perfect spot if you want to spear lobster and/or fish as it is on the ocean side but protected from the Atlantic. We had lobster ever. single. night. Please note the season opens there on August 1st. This home was just great for our family with ages 6 - 75\. The host, Chris, is outstanding and will communicate immediately if asked a question or have a concern. We would do a repeat visit to this compound. As our six year old said, "let's go home for two days and then come back." I agree. Thank you, Chris. The property was absolutely beautiful! It’s difficult to put into words how tranquil this home truly is. The kids weren’t ever bored and hand plenty of activities to do both on and off the property. We absolutely recommend this if you a in need of a peaceful/beautiful getaway. ##### Casey H. Also with a plenty of kayaks we were able to take bigger groups out to the reef right in the bay. We will definitely visit again. ##### Robert P. From the beachfront location to the pool and spa, this property provided everything we could want to make our Holiday enjoyable. We had the beach to ourselves as turtles and stingrays swam in the water around our feet, and the warm trade winds flowed through buildings with large, sliding doors. Multiple refrigerators were available for beverage storage, and the large deck was a perfect playground for our 2-yr-old grandson. The property was clean and the manager was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We've been to a lot of ocean-side properties, but this one was one of the best we've seen! Séjour de 7 nuits en décembre 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Rose Ann C. 28 oct. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful home and grounds Unfortunately for us there was a hurricane stirring up in the Bahamas during our visit in mid October. The storm created lots of wind and seaweed along the shore in front of the property. Although his workers tried to clean up the beach it was impossible to stop the seaweed from covering the beach. Chris informed us of a back road that took us to some calmer waters where we were able to spend some fun water time. ##### Rose Ann C.
