"Staying here was good. The room was clean and easy to access. The restaurant is very tasty with many options. They don't have a pool, hot tub, sauna or a games room, no kitchenette either. The room itself has a new bed with clean sheets, the bathroom is also clean, with new amenities and a smart TV that works well. The one thing that makes me give less stars is that I was not charged the advertised price and the price fluctuations rapidly change. I was charged 50$ more than the advertised price and when trying to figure out why this happened the property became unresponsive. One day it may be advertised for 86$ and then another it is 225$. If you need expedia to help you dispute a price you need to have immediate proof of that same price for later in case you get charged more."

"Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Pool was great for kids and the breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. We enjoyed our stay!"

"It was great one day experience with my family, though it adds up and on the pricier side Spa, food in lounge and restaurant and the stay. I prefer the king suite than the double bedroom, as well. Food was good but serve in small portion."

"We loved our stay! The room we had was very comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for our stay. It was great to have a sitting area to relax as well. ( Highly recommend units with the living room/kitchen) The outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect , often when you have a "heated " outdoor pool its not usually very warm , however the heated outdoor pool was heated to a perfect temperature.❤️ The location was also great - walking distance to a main street and shops, restaurants. We plan to come stay at the Blackstone again!!"
