« The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. The bedding was amazing Mattress a bit soft for our taste, but that’s a hard one to get right. »

« Just got home from a long weekend spent at the beautiful Hotel Bardo. From the beautiful pink and white umbrellas at the pool to the luxurious bathroom and friendly helpful staff, my group of 10 girlfriends from college loved every minute of it. It was authentic luxury not something fake or forced. Great job! »

« Would appreciate a sign on site, and on reservation site about parking across street at city parking garage. Without a driveway or pull off in front of hotel on one way street for check in/out, it was awkward and dangerous. »

« Chambre propre, hôtel très bien situé avec une belle promenade le long de la rivière. Personnel top et très réactif. Notre problème de nuisance de la chambre voisine à 3h du matin a été réglé très rapidement par la sécurité de l’hôtel. Je recommande! »

« The location was terrific. Close to just about everything you want to walk to in historic Savannah. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The negatives- Our balcony doors would not lock or even seal up without tying bathrobe belts to the handles and to a table to keep tight seal on door that would keep out the road noise. The sofa was stained and dirty. The bathroom smelled really bad and had pee stains around base of toilet. The best part was the noise machine! Amazing amenity! »

« I booked one of the rooms that had access to the courtyard on the ground floor. It was nice to have the option to sit outside, although people did walk by outside. We were able to take our luggage out through the courtyard to our car without having to pull it upstairs to the check-out desk and then downstairs to the street. Chuck (?) was very helpful. The breakfasts were were fresh and filling. We had omelets, bacon, muffins, croissants with jams and butter, yogurt and fruit, juices and coffee....

« Je suis très moyennement satisfaite. Lorsque l’on réserve une suite supérieure pour 4 personnes et qu’à votre arrivée, le canapé lit n’est même pas préparé et que l’on doit le préparer soi-même, ce n’est pas agréable après des heures de voyage. Les draps n’etaient même pas dans la chambre ni les serviettes. il a fallu se rendre plusieurs fois la réflexion, aucune aide ne nous a été proposé. Réserver une suite à 200 $ la nuit avec des adolescents et devoir dormir les coussins d’un canapé n’est...
