Close to Core Mall. Close to the walking trail on the river. Clean and comfortable room. Downtown itself is not the nicest but the hotel was perfect.

This is a great boutique hotel, downtown Calgary. Very clean, friendly staff, great restaurant and nice downtown location. Will definitely stay here again

We enjoyed the comfort of our room. The bathroom was exceptionally spacious with an amazing shower. Parking proved difficult with extra cost associated in parking close to the hotel.

This hotel only have very limited parking spots. You have to find parking outside the hotel which is not safe especially during night in downtown area. It’s so inconvenient when you travel with your little ones and have too many things to carry. The room is small and facing right to the street. It’s too noisy during night.

The staff at the reception desk are friendly and helpful, but I’m not satisfied with the parking and the room. The direction of the parking sounds clear on the little map, but I was very confused when I followed the direction. I wish the underground parking can have a larger and clear sign. Our room did not prepared with new toilet paper and only a few left. I had to change for a new roll of toilet paper by my self as there is very few left. The tissue paper had the same issue. only very few left and I had to ask for replacement on the beginning of my stay. This is disappointing as I do like the cleanliness of the Hilton hotels. But I was disappointed at this stay. I don’t even have new toilet paper and tissue paper at the beginning of my stay. How can I know if my room was cleaned by the staff?

Check in was simple but had trouble using the honors program for reduced parking fee even with my partner being in the car while I was checking in. The smoke detector and the thermostat flashes ALL night. The towel rack is on the side of the shower door after opening it, design flaw. Overall, for the job done. Good shower pressure.

Rooms were very clean and loved the style/vibe of the hotel. Was unable to charge my car because the employee at the front desk did not know how to get the charging stations to work as they had never done it before. Totally fine, but rather than getting a hold of upper management or any one else on their team, they did nothing about it. The stay was fine, however it was just more of an inconvenience as I was hoping to charge my car overnight, rather than having to leave the next morning and take time to charge at a supercharger. Other than that, it was a lovely hotel!

However, I'm sorry that you were unable to utilize the EV charging stations at our hotel on this particular stay. We have just recently had these installed and the hotel has not yet been granted access to the software to actually activate these stations yet. We hope to have these activated soon, and then be able to give our guests access this added amenity.We hope to welcome you back again so that you can fully take advantage of all that The Westley has to offer.

This is my new favourite city hotel. It’s beautiful and stylish with so many perks. Very quiet and well thought out rooms, comfortable beds and bedding, an amazing gym, huge absorbent bath towels, and an amazing restaurant. Couldn’t recommend more.
