Dear Kyle,Please accept my sincere apologies for this incident with your new car; I can only imagine how frustrating this must have been. If I can add some further details, not that it is an excuse, it’s more to share more facts surrounding the leaking pipe(s). The leaking pipe had been repaired, and we had received the “all clear” from the Engineering team; unfortunately, that one repaired pipe was not the only pipe with a pinhole leak; there was a second pipe, which the Valet Attendant would not have known. It is on the Engineering team for not placing the orange cones in front of the stall to prevent anyone from parking there; the Attendant would not have known. Again, this is not an excuse, more an explanation of why someone would park a car in an area known for a leak.Is there anything we can do to help with the cleaning? Has the spot been removed? Have you been able to remove the spot through car washes or other means? This is very important for me, as people's cars are their pride and joy, and I would be troubled if the stain still exists.
