We stayed 63 days. The unit is very nice, good location, one assigned u/g parking included, facing east, panoramic view, all people living in the building are adults over 19 years old, very quiet and safe. We give a big five star to the building and to the unit we stayed.
However, we do not like the Simply Comfort Team. No one came to do the damage inspect before our departure. They waited 5 days after we left, sent us a statement saying there was a scratch on the desk, and one item was missing. They charge $40CAD for a $2.00CAD paper towel wire holder that was missing. The scratch on the desk had been on the table before our arrival. Why they did not inspect with us and let us sign the acknowledgement before our departure? That's why we love the unit, but do not like the communication with the management. The management is not friendly, not personal, and not fair. To make a good business and keep expanding, they should make us --- very good tenants, happy and feel to be welcomed, not false accuse or penalize us. There is very big competition for the same type of business out there. People who paying big money for a business want to be respected, cherished, and pampered, not to be penalized, especially penalized by false accusation of some thing very small and cheap.
