### Master suite dos recamaras en la playa

El personal del condominio habla ingles y español, karla. Estra al frente en la oficina ella te recibirá y estará al pendiente durante tu reservación, lo mismo Luis quien es el administrador del condominio no dudes en contactarlos ,si necesita algo. También esta el velador quien te abrirá la puerta en caso de que llegues después de las 10 de la noche , solo hay que tocar el timbre que se encuentra a mano derecha y el te abrirá la puerta.  
A dos cuadras se encuentra una para de camión, con acceso fácil a puerto Vallarta, o Sayulita, si necesitas un taxi, por favor pídele a karla. Lo pida para ti.  
El depa es parte de un condominio y el gerente nos ha pedido que todos conozcan las reglas , así cuando llegan se sienten como en casa  
La hora de entrada es a las 15:00 horas y la salida 13:00 hora local, ya que se respeta el uso de áreas para las personas que estén en el condominio.  
Al aregistrarse le solicitraran 1,000 pesos, como deposito en garantia, esta cantidad se le devuelve una vez checada su salida y todo este como se le entrego  
No contamos con guarda equipaje   
Al registrarse se le pedirá un deposito de 1,000 el cual se le regresa al final de la reservación una vez checada por nuestro personal y todo este como se le entrego.  
El aseo a su suite es cada tercer día, solo la camarista no lava los utensilios de cocina, los demás días pasara para recoger la basura y dejarle bolsas de basura, nosotros proveemos toallas para regadera que se cambian cada tercer día, no así para la alberca.   
Se recomienda el buen uso de los blancos para evitar cobros de los mismos, por manchas no removibles (sangre, bloqueador, tintes etc.)  
El agua de la llave no es potable en la oficina le pueden vender agua y hielo  
INDISPENSABLE EL USO DE TRAJE DE BAÑO APROPIADO (no se permite el topless en mujeres ( sin la parte de arriba del bikini) ) ; EL USO DE CAMISETA DEBE SER TELA APROPIADA PARA ALBERCA.  
En caso de que usted llegue después de las 5 pm Karla ya no estará, pero tenemos una persona que se hace cargo de entregarle, la llave, si llega después de las 7 el velador, le entregara la llave de su cuarto, y al día siguiente por favor pase a recepción para registrarse, si el portón está cerrado, de lado derecho en la pared se encuentra el timbre, y el velador le abrirá,  
Cualquier cosa que necesite por favor déjenos saber antes de las 4 pm para que Karla pueda resolver.  
No se aceptan mascotas.  
 PARA EL USO DE LA COCINA COMÚN O LOS ASADORES, FAVOR DE PASAR A LA OFICINA PARA RESERVAR, no así, el uso de los asadores, solamente se les pide no dejar comida en las parrillas.
