« The room smelled horrible like it was a room used for smoker... The smell was so bad that I could not sleep. Also I don't know why the room was for disable person. And I'm not disable, I would have prefer to have a room with a regular bath than a bath... And I'm also hoping they don't use this room for people who have a disability because people deserve to have a room whitch smell clean and not like old tobacco ! I did not understand how to use the wifi it drove me to something where I need...

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! I was very impressed by the quality of the welcome we received. All the staff went out of their way to make us happy. We were able to check into our room early, and it was magnificent, located on the top floor of the hotel. I wasn't expecting such a spacious, modern, and beautiful room. I contacted the hotel several times via WhatsApp and the website to get information and report a few issues, and I always received a quick response. When the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night by mistake, we were quickly informed of this by text message, which was much appreciated. I would like to thank the hotel once again, especially Lisa, who was professional and very kind throughout my stay. I will recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again! "
