I selected the hotel because they offer courtesy transport from the airport. It was not available. I made seven calls to the hotel. None of which were answered. I paid for a taxi and no-one was manning the reception. Eventually someone turned up and explained they were extremely short of staff. Checked in and found there was no food available. They suggested ordering food in. No local restaurants would deliver. The management need to be aware of this.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed not so comfortable. Area is very far from Bristol or Bath. They have transportation to airport and we rested instead of try to go anywhere. Sheep and birds to observe but a bit disappointed that we couldn’t get to Bristol easily to look around. Not their fault but I’ve decided to stay city center when we travel next.

A very pleasant experience all around A matter of minutes from the airport, and with the transfer shuttle provided, it lessens the pressure of a very early flight. The staff are brilliant, and hotel has it all. Total satisfaction.
