Hang out in the spacious living room where an oversized sofa and large TV provide the perfect combination for family movie nights. Steps away, the charming dining room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for the sunlight to flood in. Home-cooked meals are encouraged to be enjoyed under the warm glow of the chandelier. When you'd prefer to dine al fresco, the deck is fully furnished for outdoor dining. Before eating, utilize the well-equipped kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space.

The perfect spot for rainy-day entertainment, the game room features a pool table, a piano, and seating. Off this space, you will also have access to a separate laundry room.

Soft and inviting, each of the bedrooms has been comfortably decorated to assist in continuous restful slumber. Partial air-conditioning, a sunroom, and internet access round out the home's interior perks.

WORST EXPERIENCE! WILL NEVER BE BACK!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The house was absolutely disgusting. There were mice poop and bugs in the home. We found bugs in the coffee pot, the bathrooms, and outside the property. There were multiple mice traps so this has obviously been a recurring issue. The sheets had hair in them from the previous renters. The toilet did not flush and made the house smell like sewer because it was clogged. The floors made our feet black because they hadn’t been swept or mopped in who knows how long. The Garbage disposal didn’t work. The Floorboards were coming up. The doors were coming off the hinges. The listing said “air conditioning and heating”. The house does not have AC and there are only two small heating units for the entire house. The listing is VERY misleading. They overcharged me for the dog fee. The fee is listed as $20/night. I stayed for 2 nights so $40 total. They charged me $50. I contacted the property 3 times for almost 2 hours on the phone to get it resolved. I received no word from the “local” team. I still have not received a call back 4 days later. They never sent someone to fix the issues or clean the house. I had to wash my own sheets, clean the counters and coffee pot, sweep the floors, etc. I will NEVER book with them again and have contemplated never using Vrbo if this is the standard of quality. I want a refund for my inconvenience and I recommend you remove the listing. I have pictures and videos if you would like validation of my review.

Great location, very private!
My kids and I had a fun time in Boone and enjoyed the property very much! It was centrally located to everything we had planned, and stocked with everything we needed. The house is a little older, but you can see the owners are working to make updates, which are really nice. Our only complaint would be regarding the heating/insulation/drafty windows. It was wet and cold (upper 30's/low 40's) and the heat pump had to work overtime. We loved the pool table and snuggling on the big couch!
