No breakfast. Concrete floor. We did like the balcony even though it just overlooked the roof of the main building.

We took an impromptu over night trip & booked at the last minute everything was perfect the only thing we were disappointed in was the fire pit in the front of the property not being able to be lit while we where sitting out enjoying the view
