Very clean and well maintained, i also liked the free parking and good breakfast, and convenient location to SD downtown. I am glad we made the good decision booking this wonderful hotel for 5 nights. Would strongly recommend to my friends.

Comfortable stay for a few days. Clean rooms and sheets. Convenient location.

This is a well managed and cared for property. It’s an older building, but it’s cared for. It offers a great vibe and the hotel staff and cafe staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are small, but provide you with the necessities and the beds are comfy with lots of pillows. The property is not close to any relevant beaches or attractions, but It is right of the I-5 and it has the transit train station a block away. I’d stay at the rambler again without thinking twice.

Beautiful property facing San Diego Bay with views of downtown and Coronado Bridge. Rooms are spacious , we were upgraded to queen partial bay view with balcony as Expedia VIP. Huge bathroom with standup shower and large soaker tub. The grounds and pool are gorgeous. Each building has its own themed garden, we enjoyed strolling around. Great spot for the Price. Very friendly staff

We had a wonderful stay for a week at this property. Everyone was so friendly and it was located close to the hiway and Tijuana border, which we needed for medical appointments. We enjoyed our stay and felt very taken care of.

Great hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Close to North Island amphitheatre but too far to walk. Dining options in the neighborhood are limited. Great bus and trolley connection to San Diego. So easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations. It was clean, quiet and staff were awesome. Would definitely return.

Shuttle service is hands down the best quality that we utilized. It allowed us to enjoy the area and know what we would like to do when we come back because it was such a great experience!! Shuttle service to old town.
