Any unauthorized guests will be charged an additional fee, and you will be asked to leave. 6\. Please dispose of your trash: Leaving trash and food inside the house will attract insects and rodents. 7\. No Rearranging Furniture: Please do not move any furniture from its original position. If you do, you will be charged a fine of $100. 8\. No Destruction of House Furniture/Items: Please treat the house and its contents with respect. If any damage is done to the house or its contents, you will be charged for repairs or replacements. 9\. Be Mindful of Neighbors: Please be mindful that this is a duplex and you share a wall with tenants next door. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. 10\. Ensure All Sliding Doors and Windows are Locked: Please ensure that all sliding doors and windows are locked before leaving the house for your safety and the safety of the house. 11\.
