« Well maintained property. Room was ice cold at check in like 60 degrees. Got sick after the long 6 hour drive. When I called the front desk, they sent a male staff member to help with the clean up. I apologized to him, as I know it wasn't ideal or pleasant. He just looked at me and walked out. Could use some staff training for making staff feel comfortable and welcomed. »

« I've never been in a place that had GRAFFITI on the furnitures inside of the hotel room I stayed in. Dirty towels, blood stain shower curtains to name some other horrendous things. If you can, just go beyond the border and get a nice hotel in Tijuana for a quarter of the price. »

« We were disappointed in the rental of the room. The pictures look like the room had a on suite bathroom in the room. When we arrived the host was not there and we had a teenager tell us that we couldn't use the kitchen only lightly so we couldn't even cook there. The ad should clarify what's on the room upfront and not when the host contacts you. We ended up getting a hotel for our stay on San Diego. »

« Exclusive, comfortable, relaxed stay. My only complaint is sound travels easily through the walls. Property was beyond clean and offered many essentials. »
