"Walked up to the room to check it out before I brought my stuff up and sure glad I did because I flipped the light on inside the door and it didn't work so I found another light turned it on and seen 2 cockroaches run across the stand and I turned around and walked right on out. Still waiting on my refund"

"There are few amenities. No hair dryer. No in room coffee maker. Basic dishes and cutlery for 2. No pots, pans, or cooking utensils. The website was not accurate in depicting a room with "all the amenities needed.""

"We interacted with 2 staff members. A woman ( with a cute dog) and a gentleman whose name was Javon, I believe. Both incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy, as was checking out. Room was clean and quiet. Small bathroom, but loved the double-head shower. Very nice hot breakfast. Better than what you usually expect. Bagels, eggs, sausage and a lot more. Parking was fantastic. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"The place has a TON of potential. I am unsure if they are in the process of doing some upgrades, but it appears they were. I would stay again, but wouldn't be my first option. It did the job. Unfortunately, they did not have soap or shampoo in the room, I had to go to the front desk. The staff was definitely friendly and tried to help out. I was only there for one night."

"This hotel is better maintained than many major hotel brands. This was my first time staying at a Super 8, and I highly recommend this location. It was exceptionally clean, the staff was great, and the location was convenient. Because of this experience, I’m open to trying other Super 8 locations in the future."

"Breakfast was sensational "

"First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me."
