"The property is very beautiful and comfortable. The view is amazing! The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to town and the ferry! There is a pizza place and a produce store less than 5 minute walk. We enjoyed stopping for snacks at the pizza place on the way home each evening. The renta was clean, safe and well appointed. It even had an assigned parking spot. Would recommend 100%!!"

"Andrea the co-owner was super helpful. We got there past the check-in got off time of 8 PM and he kept checking with us to make sure that we could get in and finally he did help us even at 9:30 at night almost close to 10 to help us take our luggage all the way up to the apartment. He made sure that we got dinner before the restaurant was closing. "The location of Coral Blue is fantastic. Inclusions are basic and more information re garbage bin and clothes line location would have been good. Thank goodness for the neighbours! The photographs on the site do the property justice. However there was an issue with the Dehumidifier, which needed to be running full time. "A really great place to stay. Villa Emilia enjoys a great position overlooking Lake Como and the views are spectacular. The apartment has a spacious feel with high ceilings and quality furniture.
