"Without overstating it, I can say that I have never stayed at a hotel or other short-term rental with better service, both leading up to the stay and during it. The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile").
