"It would be kind of the owners to tell you that when you arrive at the accommodation, you must leave your car in the parking lot and hike to the trailer to get into the lock box, go back to your car so that you can open the gate to get to your accommodation. The same in reverse when you leave, you must use the gate opener, park your car and hike back to the lock box. There is no dishwasher, which would’ve been helpful. There is no toaster or hairdryer. "Amazing hotel - beautifully decorated and the room was a good size. We loved that the twin beds weren't pushed together like in most hotels and the amenities were great. The room controls were a bit complicated and didn't always work perfectly - there's nothing wrong with a TV remote and a light switch! The staff were all lovely and very polite and welcoming. We also loved the pool and the flavoured water in the lobby. All in all a great stay."

"Didn't see any staff, but were in the office if you needed them. Checkin & out are automated & very quick. Room & shower were excellent size & comfortable, with working air con. Good communal facilities. Only weakness was the choice of floor covering: a black type of matting, this shows remnants of cream & must make cleaning difficult (I should have asked them to clean). Fortunately I had my slippers so left it as on arrival, otherwise the hotel was clean, modern & spotless"
