"It is a newer hotel so everything was new and clean. We got a 2 queen bed room and it was huge and could have slept 5 adults as it came with a pullout couch. Staff were pleasant and responsive. You could hear people from the hallway if they were being loud enough but if your neighbors are being respectful, noise levels shuold not be a problem. Continental breakfast was decent but can get busy. Free underground parking was the best feature as not a lot of hotels offer this - easy access, lots of spaces, clean, and felt safe. 15- minute drive to Old Montreal or Mount Royal Park. Overall, nothing fancy but very comfortable stay if you’re driving to visit Montreal."

"Hôtel dégoutant! Pleins de tâches sur les porte de la salles de bain et sur les mur, lumière briser, congélateur tellement geler que la porte du frigo ne fermais plus (j'y était pour un suivie de fertilité chez OVO, on ma dit de juste mettre mes médicament à l'accueil comme le frigo ne fonctionnais pas LOL).. restant de Coca-Cola des occupants avant nous, des cheveux partout dans la salle de bain, très poussièreux mais le PIRE c'était sans aucun doute les petite fourmis qui se promenais le long du mur sous le bureau de travail. Le seul positif était que les employés étaient gentils et que c'était tranquille."

"The suite was clean, kitchen well equipped. Very spacious and comfortable bed . The location was great. It would have been 5 stars overall except for the very poor breakfast. Processed cold meat, processed cheese slices, cold boiled eggs not my idea of a breakfast, full or continental. The staff very helpful."

Capsule residence

"Pros: Great location in downtown. Storage lockers that can fit a suitcase. Capsule has plugs for charging and ample lighting. There also is a small vent but I was incredibly hot with the minimal airflow. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Easy check in. Helped with finding directions and where to go. Cons: This is a new capsule hostel and for only being about 2 months old it is in terrible shape. Showers provided no room to dress or change except 2 bigger sized on the main floor. You get one tiny towel that is thin and about half the size of a regular towel. Capsule mattress is very hard. No change rooms. You have to change in your capsule or dress out in the open? Bathrooms are very small and dirty. Cleaning was poor and infrequent. I waited to use the bigger washroom that has a small shower and sink and the floor was poorly mopped, the sink was still dirty. Grime on walls and floors was a lot for a place this new. The kitchen on second floor had a clogged sink and people complained to me that it could not be fixed. Nowhere to wash their dishes. In the morning the lights to all the showers on the second floor didn’t work. I gather a breaker or some issue? But the staff didn’t seem to have a solution. people were showering with someone holding the door open to get some light. Second level capsules are challenging to climb in and out. Not suitable for all This place was slapped together cheaply and everything is already falling apart or broken. Cleaning is poor."

"We went for breakfast buffet quite late and it wasn't great. We had to ask for a few things like juice glasses and teaspoons which had not been replenished. Recommend going earlier for a better fresher breakfast. Cafe kitty corner was nice for just coffee and croisants. Room was good but had to call maintenace to get the tv to work. Would stay again, location is excellent."
