"The stay was overall decent, but there were a couple of issues that affected the experience. The towels provided had visible stains, which was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room made a noticeable grinding noise whenever the compressor turned on—likely due to it touching something improperly. The noise would stop if the fridge was slightly moved, but it was still inconvenient. Addressing these issues would definitely improve the overall guest experience."

"It was great hotel! I stayed there with my daughter. The hotel room was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Although the stairs were quite steep, the staff kindly carried our luggage all the way to our room. All staff members were kind and location was near to subway and restaurants and museum etc. I really highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable to stay with breakfast included. we were also leave our languages after checking out. Thanks to this hotel, we were able to feel comfortable and safe throughout our stay, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Montreal."

"Room was clean but other areas of hotel were not - elevator/pool. I was given an option on the Expedia site to have breakfast included so I paid for this option online, but the hotel didn't know what I was talking about and neither did the restaurant. The restaurant server was the worst service I have ever had in any restaurant in my life. We were there 4 nights and our card key for the room had to be reset every day we returned from our daily outing. Two out of about ten of the staff I spoke with were friendly - the rest I felt like I was bothering them with pretty basic requests. "

"The shuttle worked out fine-the hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport,the shuttle access is at door #8 on the top level at Trudeau. The room was clean with a seperate area for the shower/toilet and sink,which was nice. Surprisingly quiet,being fairly close to the airport-the only improvement would be getting the water a bit hotter for the shower-it was warm but not hot. Staff was great,we had no issues checking in & out. Very well priced and perfect for a layover.."
