"Typically stay at Disney resorts but wanted to give Swan a try. Wonderful experience. Grotto pool was awesome with drinks and food ordered from your chair and brought to you with a smile. Easy access to Disney board walk and boats to Epcot and HS. Already booked our next stay. "

"I was very pleased with the hotel. It’s clean and well run. Breakfast is delicious every morning to get you going for the day. Parks are about 10-30 minutes away depending on which one. Nice pool too !"

"Carpets in hallway are rippled and aging. There was spilled mulch in the hallway from a planter, and dead leaves around another plant for days! Michelle at check-in was very cordial and friendly. Need more offerings of “quick pick up” hot food! Cocktails are majorly weak! And I was served a gin and tonic at Phils that was basically all ice! You should be ASHAMED of yourselves for charging a surplus $56.50 per day when room charges are already $300+!! Corporate greed at its worst! "

"Great proximity to Disney. Pool was nice Rooms were nice. Only problem we had was I called ahead and asked for 2 rooms side by side the girl said ok and gave me the room numbers then when we got there tried to give us two rooms on different sides of building. Then while we were gone tried to say they had to move one of us and were going to go in room and move all of our belongings while we were gone. We had to argue to let us stay where we were but got back at 11:00pm with kids and one key would not work "

"Loved that we had a top floor, the views were nice and the screened porch. Sadly there was a lot of dead foliage at the resort from recent freeze. Not the resorts fault, but I image it would have been more beautiful. The grounds were very nice otherwise. Time will likely allow for regrowth or replacement. I appreciated that the staff were around, but not intrusive to the stay. Available if you needed them, otherwise just a presence. Small wish, that there was a small bar of soap or container of hand soap by the bathroom sinks. I didn’t have any and so I used the shower gel, in another toilet space- just a small inconvenience that could probably be easily remedied. I should have asked, but didn’t. It was nice to have provided laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap. Went home with clean clothes. The resort was lively, had good amenities, but not overcrowded, which was nice. Music at pools was a good mix. Overall very nice place for the value. "
