Screws were all loose and I was unable to lock my deadbolt in the room. Asked the staff for maintenance to come fix it, and waited 39 mins before giving up due to traveling all day and night.

The first room was right by the road and it was so loud. A very busy Orlando road. The staff was so nice, and the manager very helpful. She put us in another room. As soon as we walked in we noticed roaches in a few places on the walls. We walked right back out. Did not stay the night.

Nice place for a quick visit to Disney for a day. Breakfast is decent, staff was friendly and the surrounding area is fine. Check in process was a little long but otherwise, fine place to crash for the short term.
