Was informed that our luggage would be sent to our room from valet holding area as soon as room was available. This did not happen and in fact we had to wait in our room 25 minutes for the luggage to arrive rather than meeting friends as we planned to do. However, the lost and found service was excellent and a lost stuffed animal was retrieved and granddaughter was thrilled .

#### Buen Hotel 

El hotel en general bien pero el precio es alto por lo que te ofrecen. Nos hicieron limpieza diario pero tuvimos que especificar que así lo queríamos, si no la hacen cada 2 días y superficial. La ubicación para nosotros fue el punto ganador y la conveniencia de los traslados en monoriel y el camión de Disney. Las camas cómodas. Nos hubiera gustado que el agua saliera un poco más caliente.

#### As nice as it was 50 years ago, with a great staff

We first stayed here in 1971 for our honeymoon. This trip was for our 50th anniversary and the resort is just as nice as it was when it was new (or better). Betty Jo was especially helpful and got us a room in the same building we were in on our honeymoon. The price is really high, but it is a beautiful resort to stay at.

Everything was great. Just one area that was not nice. The hotel is a wooden building and the rooms areas are two story. We had a kid on the floor above us that was running inside the room for hours , at night time. Made very annoying and difficult for us to sleep. Called front desk but got an answering machine. Recommendation probably is to get a second floor room to avoid this.

#### Magical Disney Stay

Absolutely amazing stay! Phenomenal comfort, quality, cleanliness and service. I would highly recommend. The resort was extremely convenient. The updated Moana rooms are magical and you can’t beat the fireworks from the resort. I would stay here again without question.

#### First for our Disney Family!

My family really enjoys a great Disney vacation. We decided to splurge and lodge at Disney's Poly resort. The natural surroundings are absolutely stunning. #### Unwelcome and unknown transfer. 

I was transferred from the Polynesian resort to the Yacht club. I was not informed of the transfer until I drove 13 hours to get there. I paid over $1300\. for a room at Polynesian and I expected to stay there. Please make sure that credit my charge card because the Yacht club charged my credit card for the stay also.
