Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and cozy. Location is interesting since it’s in an industrial area but there’s very little traffic or people so it feels safe and secluded. Walls are a bit thin and there is an automatic light that goes off every time you go to the bathroom which can be quite annoying, but these are minor things. Overall, stay was lovely!

Liberty View was a very affordable hotel booked for a last minute trip. Was able to cover Manhattan then walk the Brooklyn Bridge and take subway to hotel. Enjoyed sunset and view of Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline at Prospect Park and from the hotel rooftop.
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and amenities.
Was able to take the train back to LGA for $3 per person.

Changed to handicapped room for way more space and comfort for our 6 night stay. Staff helpful in arranging this. Lots of nearby places to buy good quality food for diy breakfast in room w well appointed kitchen. Fresh fruit and yogurt downstairs was helpful too. Only drawback is the vacant lot next door where unhoused people sleep and leave litter behind in the morning. Otherwise cool neighborhood in Brooklyn close to Park Slope

The hotel was close to great restaurants. The young guy who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He seemed to sincerely want to help. The room was very clean, and I loved the soap products. The only negatives were the room was small and there was no room safe. The complimentary breakfast was decent. We would stay there again.

Clean room and they everyday change the bed sheets and the towels. Parking was available and the hotel was near to the Subway station. Breakfast was good.

A nice, comfortable, relaxed hotel with a decent breakfast included. 10min walk from Carroll St subway and the Red Hook ny ferry terminal which was fine for us. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. Two subway lines to Manhattan so hardly a wait and a good stroll to Brooklyn Bridge. Brooklyn is a great area to stay in NY.

The price was great and reasonable. The area was well located very close to the subway station which can take you into Manhattan or anywhere else you would like to go. The hotel was small and cozy and had a nice homey feel to it. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Free cookies and lemonade in the lobby. Coffee machine inside the room. The only thing that was kind of a problem was that the room is modern style so the bathroom does not have a wall dividing it from the bedroom area but...

The hotel was centrally located and it was super clean, with spacious suites, a lively bar atmosphere and very friendly, helpful and caring staff.
I didn't partake of the breakfast but was extremely pleased with everything else.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveller coming to New York.
