The room we were in was just okay. However, where the room was located was absolutely horrible. We were on C floor right at the eating area. There was constant noise throughout the entire night and I barely slept. All I wanted to do is get out of there. For what I spent, I should have had a better room.

This hotel was staffed with the friendliest and most competent employees. They really made my visit enjoyable. The room was spacious and I like the kitchen. The only downside was they had this electronic blind that kept malfunctioning and would randomly open and close itself. I had to unplug it between uses. I would have way rather had a manual blind with a chain like all other hotels.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. Overall, the hotel was very clean and convenient to the subway and an array of dining options around the area. The complimentary breakfast was excellent!

I had a great welcoming from Melanie at the front desk she was extremely helpful finding me a way to park knowing that I was there just for couple of hours, she even moved her own car so I can park. This hotel is great very clean and the area has so many options around

This was a wonderful experience. The staff (Alyssa and Adjoa) were very friendly, professional and patient. The hotel is very clean and it is a walking distance to everything.
