Perfect for our needs. Pet friendly, clean and extremely pleasant and accommodating staff. Parking on site was a plus given that it's NYC.

The staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable. Bed was comfortable. It was easy to find parking in the neighborhood and lots of good food to eat. Sunset Park is 2 blocks away and was very nice for a walk.

My partner and a friend of ours stayed here for a weekend trip. While we had a place to. comfortably rest for our evenings, there were several issues we ran into. I've created a Pros and Cons list below. Pros: - Staff was helpful in answering questions and assisting with accommodations - Comfortable beds Cons: Misleading information on website - The main reason I was drawn to this hotel was the location and bar. The bar and restaurant has been closed since 2020. - Pay for parking - costs $45 per night with no guaranteed space - Fridge is essentially a freezer - every food item we place in the fridge completely from - Small room - There was roughly a foot of space between the beds and desk - Bathroom lacks privacy - It was basically a giant glass cube that was slightly tinted Unfortunately I can't recommend this place.

My family visited New York and this hotel worked great for us. Friendly staff. Small but clean and efficient rooms. 5 min from subway and although limited parking we got a space and seemed liked there were always a few spaces left each night. Will definitely stay on our next visit.
