"First time to Paris, this hotel did not disappoint. Their customer service is exceptional, the door man to the front desk, restaurant staff everyone was amazing. The food was excellent so was room service. We were amazed by the heated toilet seat and towel rack especially as it was cold in Paris. I will definitely stay here again. Close to all brand name shopping, mall and walking distance to the Louve and many more places. Subway and hop on hop off bus across the street. Very convenient. "

"The studio my college roomie and I had for 8 days was PERFECT. It was spacious with a large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and coffee and tea in the lovely lobby. The only negatives, the toilet paper was coarse and we had to open the window for air, the room was warm and a/c wasn’t functional. We would stay here again. "
