We took ages trying to find the 3 Ravens restaurant. The signposting was terrible. The meal itself was excellent although pricier than we'd anticipated. Interesting and slightly weird things came for free - the flavoured butter was not my favourite, but the buttermilk with cilentro was a nice accompaniment to the fish dishes. White sturgeon (safely sustainable) was amazing - as was the seared and cured tuna that comes with it. The Arts centre itself has a strange atmosphere - like there's nothing happening. A university campus during vacation. I wouldn't be inspired to do a residency there - I'd prefer to stay at the Juniper which id slightly out of town, has great views and is also very friendly.

The Three Raven’s Restaurant is a relatively affordable fine dining experience that makes for a very romantic evening.
