"The apartment was right down the street from the metro with easy access to the city, and right next to multiple restaurants and a Lidl. Our room was spacious and very clean with a nice view. There were two shared bathrooms which were very nice, and a shared kitchen with everything you would need. Joao was very accommodating and flexible with our canceled flights and delayed check-in. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon!"

"The hotel was old but clean. The bed was really comfortable. However, the hotel is directly above a subway station so you hear it rumbling and roaring every few minutes. Not conducive to a good night’s sleep. We can’t say enough about the staff! They are fantastic and helped us out whenever we asked."

"Lovely clean room and polite, friendly hosts but this is not a one bedroom apartment as the listing states and the room we had wasn’t the one pictured. It was one bedroom in a shared apartment of 4/5 bedrooms with a shared kitchen and bathrooms. Clean, tidy and located close to the metro, a Lidl, massive shopping centre and two fantastic restaurants but the listing needs to be made clearer."

"I would not recommend staying here. Delays meant we Arrived late (2am). On arrival the manager started shouting at us and told us we could not stay. We were kicked out on the streets with no where to stay. Not once did the manager ask if we were OK or have any empathy as to why we were delayed. She offered a 10e refund and tried to get us to cancel our stay as she didn't want the bad review."
