"Wonderful stay all the way around!"

"Checking in was easy as the info was sent to me the day prior to check in. We didn’t know what to expect except number of bedrooms, bathrooms & pool since they combine all photos of all their houses on every listing. If you don’t care what to expect then not a big deal, I like to see exactly what the house looks like but didn’t realize that until after arriving. The house was clean & ready for us. The beds are the worse part of the entire house. If you have back problems bring a mattress topper...

"The location was centrally located to where we visited, Disney Springs, Sea World. The pool in the back is great to cool off in and the resort pool area was great."

"The house is great and so is the area. The "waterpark resort" was overrated. The controlled entrance was a plus! The house itself needs some renovations. It also had a couple renovations that were poorly done. The missing stair lips kinda sucked as it hurt to walk on them. Would stay at Windsor Hills again"

"We really enjoyed the house. The description was great. We have stayed in Windsor Hill before and can say this was a nice home. The neighborhood as always did not disappoint. Hosts we're prompt to respond to any questions and made the check in and out process easy. We would stay here again."

"I honestly loved this property, carperted areas needed deep cleaned(( maybe replaced.. lots of dark stains even felt unclean)) water in upstairs secondary master bathroom shower was wonky, got cold showers if used, but we made due plenty of other bathrooms, we just like have a person space."

"Our overall stay was great. However, we do have suggestions for improvements. There really was the bare minimum in the house. The shower leaked, but there were no shower mats and signs to not use their to wipe the floors. There were no door mats. So in/out from pool area gets messy. There were no oven mitts or barbecue utensils. An ironing board or hairdryer would also be welcomed. The resort itself was fun, our kids really enjoyed the free arcade/basketball courts and pool."

"Wonderful home, has everything you need and is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Check in and out were easy and pool area was lovely. Only downside was the proximity to traffic making the pool area a little less relaxing."

"We needed a quick, inexpensive booking close to sea world. Was perfect for our 11 person party and well behaved dogs. Personal pool was a nice addition. Wish we had longer to stay, sure beats having to book a hotel."

"The neighborhood and home were lovely. Check in had a minor hiccup that I think was just a communication issue between whoever takes the messages and the actual manager of the home. We found some mold on the coffee/keurig and we found two tapcon metal screws in the pool. There is a drain cover from the pool that was detached and sitting on the patio. Overall the home was great, plenty of amenities and linen/towels. Only other concern we noticed was that leaving the AC between 73-75 the home...

"Good sized property but could use a refresh of the property (some fresh paint and general TLC). Otherwise very nice and the management was responsive when the air conditioning stopped working."

"Really nice house and pretty good accommodations. Pool was awesome, and house and neighborhood was awesome. A few things cleanliness wise need attention. A few of the comforters were crusty and need washing. Handprints and dirt on walls, and baseboards were dirty. Lots of carpet stains upstairs. Also no broom, so being there 8 days would have been nice to have. Easy fixes, just need a little attention. All in all would for sure stay here again."

"Great xommunication and assistance with any questions we had or requests we had. Perfect location for us since we were traveling back and forth to Universal Studios during our stay. Busy neighborhood but very quiet. We seen alot of cars but we qere never disturbed by any noise. House was very clean and the family had nothing but good things to say aboit our housw choice. Wish we could've stayed longer!"
