Other than those small details, the house was very clean and had the comfiest bed. I did not cancel. I was canceled. I want a refund. The property owner contacted me about three hours later apologizing and I went from frustrated, to scared as I was alone, to angry for this company not following through with process. I found a last minute place to stay, as I obviously felt I was left in the street. By the time the owner contacted me I, my son found a place for me. I cannot rate the place as I did not stay. According to owner her has recommended a refund and Expedia or Vrbo or whoever may not allow it. As stated prior, I did not cancel, information on process was not related to me and I was at property a correct time. I expect a total refund of as services were not rendered. You have rights, so do I as a customer that was not rendered services.
