« THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. Actually, there is, but there are very few spaces considering the number of bedrooms and guests the house accommodates. So if you don't have a space in the garage, you'll need to park in the condominium parking lot, which is considerably far from the house, and you'll have to walk there and back. »

« I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another. The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us! »

"L'apartement est bien dans l'ensemble. Les points forts sont l'insonorisation et le mobilier. Les points faibes sont la taille de la baignoire, ne pas pouvoir se lancer un ballon entres "amis" dans la picsine, le check in qui est terriblement long. J'y retournerais mais j'ai eu d'autres coup de coeur plus fort (ceci étant mon 4e hotel dans Kissimmee."

"Le personnel est le gros + de cet hôtel. Ils sont très gentils et courtois. La piscine pour les enfants est super aussi et il y a beaucoup de sauveteurs. Par contre, Le prix ne vaut pas l'endroit. Ce sont de vieux bungalows et il a fait froid lorsque nous y étions et il n'y a pas de chauffage. La climatisation est difficile a régler et nous a rendu malades. A savoir il n'y a pas de réception, première fois que je n'en vois pas pour le check-in, cela se fait comme a une aire d'autoroute. Enfin, si vous voulez essayer une seule nuit suffit! Nous étions avant au Hilton sur la meme rue et avons voulu essayer le Beach Retreat mais le premier était vraiment mieux."
