« The property is quaint with lots of personality! The outdoor area sold me and did not disappoint. The multiple hang out areas such as the huge porch, the relaxing sitting area and the picnic table with additional patio seating with BBQ pit and fire pit for a fire was a sweet surprise. The pier is plenty large and the green light is an added feature. Loved loved the patio lights!!! We had an excellent time! Definitely be back! »

« My husband and I stay at this property every time we are in Port Mansfield and we always enjoy it. We actually refer to it as our home away from home. The view is amazing and we love sitting on the back patio at the end of a long fishing day. The house is always clean and the owner is extremely courteous. We already have our next stay booked at this property in July! »

« Dining options are limited. Freezer and refrigerator freezer smelled over powering of fish but this is a fishing community. Everything was adequate, cabin was clean. Got to see deer and a fawn right in the yard. There is no grocery store so plan accordingly and Mondays and Tuesdays there no places open for breakfast. I would recommend this lil cabin. Had good Wi-Fi and good selection of tv apps. »

« Comfortable and convenient for a fishing trip in the Laguna. Small house, but spacious with all the necessities! Covered parking on a new concrete slab felt secure for boat and equipment. Easy water and electrical access for the boat. Wonderful remodeling inside, could use some clothes hooks/racks. No closets. I’ll be back! »

« Door handle on one of the bedrooms kept falling off, there was water bottles and trash under one of the beds, trash on windowsills. Hair on towels and in sinks and showers. Food on kitchen counters. Neighbors dog kept coming over and pooping in the yard. »

« We would definitely book this rental again! The host is very friendly, accommodating, and just all around fantastic! The house was very clean and had a lot of space for a large family. « The place was representative of the photos and was clean and quiet. Management was responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay again. A small binder or folder with basic instructions on the house would be wonderful. Also, having some basic cleaning supplies to wipe counters and spills etc. would be helpful in keeping the house tidy during our stay. »

« We loved the property and especially the great fishing dock.We had great hopes of catching fish and planed to fish morning noon and night. I have very good equipment and was well prepared. I went to an area bait dealer and got good tips on what to use for bait and how to fish from the dock. Also discussed with a neighbor.Unfortunately nothing worked and all we caught were a few very small catfish. Not many either. Loved the property, facilities but very dissapointed. We paid a very hansome price...

« The place was nice and fairly clean. Jessica was very helpful when we had trouble getting in. We were displeased that Internet wasn't working the first day, but fixed the next day. For the price - a little high - you need TVs in each bedroom. And you need hair dryers in the bathrooms. But towels nice. Bathrooms clean. Kitchen and living area clean. »

« Beware! Upon check in we immediately noticed a musty smell. Many surfaces in home were dusty and had been not cleaned. The home had water damage in the master bathroom with wood paneling coming off the wall and we found curtains with numerous large stains and broken loose tiles in the dining room. The downstairs bedroom smelled of water damage and had wood paneling coming off the wall. We found dead bugs in the showers and sinks. The refrigerator was dirty. We found droppings in the kitchen...
