We were wrong, it wasn't only a nice fishing cabin, but rather a great cabin all together. My wife and I really enjoyed the relaxing afternoons sitting on the back porch or dock. I have very good equipment and was well prepared. I went to an area bait dealer and got good tips on what to use for bait and how to fish from the dock. Also discussed with a neighbor.Unfortunately nothing worked and all we caught were a few very small catfish. Not many either. Loved the property, facilities but very dissapointed. The cottage has everything you could need for a great weekend getaway, from a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker to excellent air conditioning. I especially loved the pier fishing area; it was amazing. The cleanliness and atmosphere were top-notch, and communication with the manager was fantastic.
