Nice and quiet rooms, comfortable beds, and very nice shower rooms.

Quiet location, nice rooms, it would be nice if there was a breakfast option

Parking was hard

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel. Loved the in room snacks. Nice sized room. Quiet for downtown hotel. Location was perfect for us to do tours and shopping. Easy to get to Fenway Park with a short subway ride. Would definitely stay here again!

A great hotel in Cambridge with super convenient access to the T and a short walk to Harvard Square. The only downside was not having a small fridge in the room. But it wouldn’t deter me from staying at this hotel again.

Stayed for the weekend. Great amenities. Excellent service and very helpful staff. The hotel had a great vibe!

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a charming location where the stroll to dining and artisan shops was right outside their doors. The happy hour wine and charcuturie was lovely and the food at the restaraunt Perigrine is exceptional. Compliments to the chef! Staff are welcoming and helpful including cheerfully accomodating a room shift at the beginning for an upgrade with a river view. Highly recommended.

Definitely a more expensive hotel, but worth it in my opinion if you have the funds! Super walkable to every thing you might want to do in Salem. We parked the car and didn’t get back in till we were leaving. The hotel staff were so kind and professional and polite. And the building itself is stunning inside and out. Only downside was our room didn’t have a mini fridge haha but first world problems right. There was always cold water available to refill bottles.

Fantastic location

The hotel staff are awesome and helpful. Hotel is centrally located in the pedestrian section of Essex. MTBA parking is only an 8 minute walk and very inexpensive.

Clean room. Good variety with breakfast & staff at lobby desk very helpful.

We got there our room wasn’t ready so the nice Lady upgraded us to the penthouse suite with the most magnificent view of the TD Garden and Bridge Soo amazing !
