The room was very quiet and clean. When one of our neighbors started smoking cigarettes or a cigar we called the desk and they IMMEDIATELY took care of it thankfully! Staff was extremely friendly!

Nice hotel, very nice staff. Mall is close by. Variety of places to eat nearby. If you plan to stay here for Salem then uber/lyft is recommend. 12 minute ride. Walking to Salem is too long.

This hotel is fair. We had a weekend trip to Salem and downtown Boston so it was very close to both. The outside of the hotel is very nice. The inside lobby is good. The rooms are fair, need to be updated, and have a musty smell to the bathroom. Don’t pay too much but it is convenient to many places in MA.

The room was very clean, the parking was ample, and the staff was very pleasant which made the stay most enjoyable. Also, I got there a little early before check-in time and the lady at the front desk was most accomodating. She let me check in early and I really needed it after coming off a red eye flight.
