Overall, this is a great property! Pam at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated all of her and her colleagues’ assistance answering all of my questions and giving me new keys when I locked myself out! Pool is very clean and spacious, albeit the furniture is a little tired. The suite had everything I needed, but could definitely use some TLC. It is far from the parks, but the ART is right there so you can take the bus to and from until 12:30 am with passes you can purchase online, the front desk can assist. It’s walkable, but I only did it once, and as a solo traveller just didn’t want to be walking that far alone at night. Would recommend!

Staff were very good but general condition of hotel is poor, especially the rooms, which are very tired with damaged furnishing. Change the first room we were offered as sheets were stained and room had a strange smell. If the hotel matched the quality of its staff, they would be onto a winner. Hotel needs updating

Short walk to Katella and Anihiem bus stop, with cinnections to everywhere! Although its against the I5, it was very quiet. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful each morning. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel tried to get me to upgrade. I ignored, then arrived and was told that I upgraded and they charged me. I asked for it to be refunded. They refunded, but then when I received my invoice, there was another part of the upgrade charge that was not refunded. So again I had to pursue a refund. Extremely frustrated!!!
