"Large group of team members in town for a conference. This house was absolutely perfect for us. Walking distance to the convention center, clean, spacious. The weather was cooler so we didn’t enjoy the pool but it was beautiful. We cooked in a lot and saved tons of money. In that respect, the house did lack a full set of measuring spoons and large serving spoons. But those were pretty minor issues and did not ruin our time in any way. "Overall, this is a nice house for large groups. The walk to Downtown Disney is 1.2 miles and 26 minutes according to Google Maps. It is an easy walk, and we enjoyed it. The house has many rules. Including no one outside between 10:00pm and 9:00am. If you are there for Disneyland it essentially means you cannot enjoy the pool/spa or even sit outside for a morning cup of coffee. I get the noise ordinance but saying you can't be out for a peaceful cup of coffee, or a nightcap seems excessive. The...
