"Nice for families"
The hotel set up is nice, it is like a condo complex. You sort of feel like you could live there. I chose this place because of the location near Disneyland. It is a good 15 minute walk to the park. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for our party. Free breakfast, I really loved the make your own waffle feature. The kids loved those freshly made waffles. Weekend breakfast is crowded so it is sort of difficult to seat a large party together so we split up. The only thing I wish could be improved is the showers. The shower knob was difficult to turn on. The showers could definitely use some upgrades. Other than that, we weren't in the room much because we spent most of our time at the park. It is very awesome that the pool is 24 hours! That is a super plus because we knew we would be returning late from the park but still wanted to swim in the pool. Nice and relaxing in the Jacuzzi after a long day spent at Disneyland.

"Given the high price I expected more. "
Entering the driveway it took too long for Valet to instruct us where to pull up our car, then was confused where we could temporarily park to check in and then self-park, not smooth transitions and too long. Hotel always seemed noisy. At about 3am or so we heard someone pressure washing out metal containers or something that made a loud noise, even with slider door closed I could hear the work being done. Not sure if it was from Downtown Disney or the Hotel. For as big as the Hotel appears the grounds did not appear as large as expected, not enough other things to see/do other than the pools, which were nice. The best feature was the ease to enter the park and the location to Downtown Disney, otherwise given the rates for the rooms, the expense of the restaurants and noise I was not overly impressed and would probably try another Hotel in the area.

Rooms were small - if you are getting the Casitas rooms the main bed is in living part and the second small bed is in a very small room. Otherwise convenient to Disneyland with a small walk. Has a great gift shop.

"Quaint, slightly older hotel"
We got a 2 room suite with a courtyard view for my daughter's 12th bday (Disneyland, of course). The sliding glass door led right into the courtyard, step from the pool. For the price ($109) i would give it a 5 star rating. Right down the street from disneyland and surrounded bt everything Anaheim has to offer, we would gladly stay here again. My only complaints would be: 1. The bed was not that great for a guy with back problems. 2. The walls are a little thin. The plumbing from other rooms woke me up a couple times, and kiddos running up and down the second floor hallway, playing and screaming at 6 am was kind of lame. But what are you gonna do! 3. The grounds keeper decided to run a leaf blower at 5 pm, while we were siting on the patio enjoying fresh fruit, beer and wine. And to make matters worse, in what seemed like an attempt to be sort of quite, or to maybe keep the dust down (?), he ran the blower at idle. That means it took him 45 minutes to blow the area. I stood at the door and watched him the whole time. But those complaints are really minor.

"Good size room with comfortable room facilities."
Nice place, clean and comfortable. They offer free drinks and nibbles between 5:30-6:30pm daily which is nice. Room is good size enough for family of four. Not too fond of their old paintings (some of people) all over their hotel which can be quite creepy walking through their corridors at night. Location next mains roads which can be tricky driving in and out of complex. not happy of daily parking fee. Should free with the stay.

Easy walk to Disney and easy parking. We were able to stay parked all day instead of having to pay to park at Disney. Staff was friendly and efficient.
