"This was the second time we decided to stay at Disneyland Hotel because it is convenient for the baby to take a nap during the day and come back in the evening. We got our room around 6pm (3 hours after regular check in) and it was not the type of room we reserved. We also found an open bag of chips from previous guests. The following day, we needed to leave one hour after check out but hotel cut the phone service so we couldn’t even request assistance from bellboys. Obviously, there are many...

"Very clean and confortable, will book again. Breakfast was not bad, they have eggs, you can make your own waffles, they have cereal, yogurt, juices, milk, bread etc. Pretty close to Disney, is better if you just leave your car at the hotel and just grab an Uber (instead of the bus, which takes longer to arrive and is more expensive)."

"Everything from check-in to check-out was easy, quick, professional and smooth. When we had an issue with a room, it was quickly taken care of. The elevators are a little slow but there’s no need to rush and it’s safe. The employees treated everyone well, they were friendly and respectful. There was an issue with a men’s restroom sink in the lobby area and no paper towels but outside of those instances, the restrooms are typically well maintained."
